Selling with Lymington Auctions
1. Charges
The commission charged to sellers per lot, as follows:
Vendor's commission 15%
Insurance charge to cover loss & damages 1%
Cataloguing, description, picturing, and marketing charge £4 per lot (applies to sold & unsold lots)
All charges are plus VAT
Negotiable rates for high-valued items and collections
2. Removal Fees
A withdrawal fee of 10% & £4 per lot (+VAT) of the lower estimate (or reserve price, if there is one) shall be payable to the Auctioneers for any lot withdrawn after it has been catalogued but before the sale.
